Information I collect.....
In order to make a purchase you will need to disclose your name, address, payment method & email address (which you have authorized our trusted e-commerce platform to disclose to us upon purchasing). I cannot see or store your payment details which are all handled by PayPal.
I will always endeavour to maintain your privacy & will never sell or misuse your personal data.
Why it is collected....
When you purchase from my store I need your details to process your order & any subsequent customer support required. I am also legally required to keep records for HMRC purposes for seven years.
I share information with BigCartel as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under Seller Policies and Terms of Use, and for those reasons only. I do not share any of your data with third parties, unless we are required to by law, or for the purposes of fulfilling your delivery with our carefully selected third party delivery partners (I only ever use compliant companies such as Royal Mail or FedEx).
Security...
I take all reasonable precautions and measures to keep data secure and protected against being lost, misused or disclosed and ensure the companies I work alongside share these same high standards & commitments. In the event of a breach in security, parties involved will be notified as soon as possible.
